A Princess Bride Couture staff always looks forward to the brides who radiates as much kindess AND calmness as Janelle. So it was easy to anticipate a gorgeous, effortlessly chic wedding encased in love. And that's exactly what happened for Janelle and her new husband in New Hampshire.

"I had a wonderful experience at Princess Bride. We got engaged nearly two years prior to our wedding so I had plenty of time to look around. When it came time to get serious and find a dress I made an appointment and came to look at dresses at Princess Bride.

Nikki was my sales associate and I can't say enough good things. She let me select the dresses I was interested and then threw in a few that she thought I may like. I tried them all on and two seriously caught my attention. I decided that one was definitely my favorite and went home to sleep on it. Nikki followed up with the information of the dress for me, offered follow up appointments if I wanted to try it on again, and best of all was never pushy about any of it. I came back twice to try it on- once time to show two friends and the 2nd because my family was coming in to town to visit. I had made my decision but wanted them to see it before I made the purchase.

After I purchased it Nikki had checked in to see how things were going, then she contacted me to let me know the dress had come in (under the time they estimated may I add). I was able to come and try it on again so I could think about other purchases i needed to make and finally my fittings were so easy- two appointments and everything was perfect and it was tricky dress with lots of lace.

Pronovias Wedding Gown for Erica!

is happy to present another one of our beautiful brides looking stunning in a Pronovias gown and of course, marrying the man of her dreams! 

"I was definitely one of the perhaps, rare, brides that didn't want to try on a million dresses or even go looking for them- I knew what I wanted and I really didn't want to waste my time scowering through tons of boutiques and shows. Two weeks after I got engaged, my mother and I went to the Seattle Wedding Show, where she begged me to look at dresses. The only reason I agreed to look was to be able to show her everything I DIDN'T want. I was convinced I wouldn't find anything! After looking at several of the shop's collections, I was ready to move on. My mom insisted I look at one more shop... A Princess Bride.

I literally found my dress in 10 seconds. It was absolutely perfect. It was the only dress I tried on (actually that's not exactly true... my mom made me try on one more after that, but quickly realized and agreed I had already found "the one."). Not only was I so excited (and relieved) to have found my dress so quickly, but I was even more impressed by the wonderful staff. Even though I was one of the MANY attendees looking for dresses at the time, I was greeted right away and was given undivided attention the entire time. Everyone was so genuinely happy for me and made the "dreaded" dress experience so much fun!

I was again impressed by the alterations they did on my dress. My dress was about 6 sizes too big, and they altered it perfectly! I know every bride gets complimented on her wedding day, especially for her dress, but I have to say (not trying to brag) I got an above and beyond reaction to my dress. I don't think I had a single conversation with a guest that day, or anyone looking at my pictures, who doesn't ask me where I got my dress.

Though I was disinterested in trying on hundreds of dresses, I AM, however, a firm believer that it is one of the most special parts of the day. I felt absolutely beautiful in my dress, and trust me, if it didn't have such a dramatic train, I would definitely wear it all the time (or maybe just at home!)!"

Needless to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I found Princess Bride! Gail was my consultant and she was absolutley *amazing*. I had told her from the start that I didn't want anything on a hanger, and I wasn't going to change my mind. :) Lucky for me, Kathy Diamond was in the shop that day and between the both of them I got my dream wedding dress! I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but after I went to try on my custom dress, I knew that it was meant to be and I finally found my dress! We even ordered my mom's dress from there and the colors were spectacular and she felt GORGEOUS! I wanted my day to be just as special for her as it was for me! "To all brides out there, I can not stress enough the fantastic experience I had with Nikki at A Princess Bride Couture salon in Bothell. I found out about them from the Seattle Wedding Expo 2010 and it was so worth it! I went in for my appointment and Nikki was my consultant. Instantly we clicked, her big smile and enthusiastic attitude assuring me that we can definitely find me a dress in my budget, and a couture one while we're at it.....and her promise came to be true. The one dress I came circling back to, even after going to other bridal shops in Bellevue and Seattle, I kept coming back to this one amazing dress. But it wasn't just the gorgeous dress, that dress is by San Patrick, style Epico. It was more that that, it was the consultant, you see this person many more times for your finishing touches appointment, fittings, alterations. And you have to like the person and place you go to so often. I had a happy and wonderful experience each and every time I saw Nikki at Princess Bride. She was always so excited to see me and I really felt she cared about my wedding and my dress. The dress is such an integral part of the wedding process, you only get to wear it once and you want it to be perfect. A Princess Bride has a big selection of gorgeous gowns, a really nice, high customer service staff who are all amazing (oh and yummy brownies and cute mini water bottles!) and really cute jewelry and accessories too!
